In true fashion to the politics of our country the fifth and final instalment of the State Capture Report was late following the Commision of Inquirys announcement that it was unable to submit the final volumes to President Ramaphosa on 15 June due to certain challenges.
The report will be published shortly after it is presented to the president by Chief Justice Raymond Zondo at the Union Buildings on Wednesday afternoon the presidency said in a statement. Former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela has instructed President Jacob Zuma to appoint a judicial commission of inquiry into state capture.
